The lower floor apartment of the Stone House can be rented as two separate units (2+1 and 3 persons) as well as the small unit (2+1 persons) at the first floor of the Villa. Please note that the small units are available all round year except in July and August.
1- One Bedroom Unit at the Stone House

This 45 meter square unit, accommodates 2+1 persons, with the entrance at the pergola terrace. It comprises one bedroom with an opening to the large front terrace where a whirlpool is located with long chairs for sun bathing. Spacious lounge with satellite TV, PC Wi-Fi internet), stereo system and beautifully furnished dining room leading through terrace doors onto a large balcony where most guests eat outside under the attached pergola covered with grapevine. The fireplace in the living room provides warmth and a cozy atmosphere on colder nights. To prepare food you will find cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, espresso machine, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils. A/C cool & heat in the bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, full kitchen and sun deck. A pergola covered with jasmine in the early summer provides a wonderful place to relax or dine al fresco, with views of the almond trees and the ascending hills. There is an open plan lounge with satellite TV, PC with Wi-Fi internet and stereo system. This living room type of lounge is facing the courtyard and is utilized for serving meals and also functional as the TV and computer corner. Air condition (split) for heating and cooling in both bedrooms. The veranda with a large pergola is close to the kitchen at the niche. The kitchen is stocked with all the items needed to make and serve meals. The master bedroom has direct access to the whirlpool. |
